constant sunshine. Cannes enjoys a coastal setting next to the Mediterranean Sea and is just a short drive from the cities of Nice and Monaco,
both of which lie to the north-east.
You can take bus or train trips or rent a car - Nice, Monaco, Menton, Mougins, Grasse and Antibes are all worth a visit.

When you walk into the apartment, you are greeted by a large and open living area which lit by two large windows.
The main living area has a dining table and salon as well as an open-plan kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, washing machine plus a big, built-in breakfast bar.
The double bedroom and bathroom are to your right, with the kitchen to one side of the living room.
The living room area has a desk, telephone and wireless internet connection, should you wish to bring your laptop computer with you.
There is modern sofa which converts to a double sized bed, comfortable enough to sleep two adults.
A patio table with chairs sits in the corner by the window.
It makes the perfect place to enjoy an intimate meal or have a glass of wine.
The bathroom is equipped with a handheld shower and full sized bathtub.
The toilet is also located in this room.
The master bedroom has a fireplace and window with a double bed.
There is a large closet on one wall to provide you with plenty of storage space.
The heating and hot water in this flat are electric.
This apartment is in one of the best locations in Cannes with convenient access to everything including the main train station should you wish to
explore other parts of the Cote d'Azur.
When in Cannes, we recommend the day boat trips to St Tropez or the islands.
Walk down to the harbour and look out for the signs. You cannot miss them.
Rent a sunlounger on the beach along the Croisette. We recommend the Long Beach Restaurant and Beach. Enjoy the shops.
There is an English-language cinema, showing all the latest Hollywood movies- just make sure to choose the film marked "version originalle"!
You can also take the little toy train through the streets of Cannes, to give you an overall view of the main attractions.
