This apartment has been redecorated very recently. There are new beds, bedding and linens which were all hand-chosen by the owners with comfort
and luxury in mind.
At almost 80 square meters (850 square feet), it is quite spacious and bright.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a gracious elevator building at the corner of rue de la Rochefoucauld and rue d'Aumale.
Due to its unique corner placement, the apartment is blessed with beautiful views of the neighborhood, sunlight, and ventilation from three
different directions.
The owner of this apartment is a light sleeper and fell in love with its location because it allows for a peaceful night's rest while keeping
windows open for fresh air.
You will appreciate the enjoyment of a calm neighbourhood while being a mere three blocks away from two different Metro stops and the Grand
Boulevards.
The large dining room can seat up to six adults. You can have a simple breakfast 'à deux' or a lavish meal for four or more.
The kitchen is quite spacious by Parisian standards. It has been newly renovated and immaculately clean. You will find it fully stocked with

It boasts a unique sofa bed that can be made up as two separate twin beds or one large king bed, offering a range of sleeping possibilities.
Along with two comfy chairs, this room is a relaxing place to spend an evening planning your next Parisian adventure.
The Master bedroom provides excellent light and cross ventilation with its triple exposure.
The new queen-sized bed has an oversized goose down duvet to provide restful comfort after an exciting and busy day exploring Paris.
There is also plenty of storage for your clothing and other belongings in the bedroom.
The solid construction of this building insures that you will not hear your neighbours walking either above or below. We do, however, request
that you respect others and remove your shoes when you are home.
The second bedroom is nicely equipped with two single beds, each with its own goose down duvet and a small dresser for your personal items.
The bathroom contains a full sized bath and overhead shower.
It is well lit and stocked with an abundance of soft, new Martex towels.
We fell in love with 24 rue de la Rochefoucauld the moment we first saw it.
After lovingly restoring and furnishing it to its wonderful period splendor, we regard time spent in it as nothing short of magical.
