Before its unification, Île Saint-Louis consisted of two halves - Ile Notre-Dame to the west and Ile aux Vaches to the east. Once a sparsely populated meadow, it underwent a spectacular transformation during the 17th century under the urban planning of Henry IV and Louis XIII. The island was soon adorned with elegant private mansions.

After pushing a 17th century door-cochère overlooking the prestigious rue Saint Louis en l'Ile, you cross a green, paved courtyard before climbing a large staircase to access the second floor where awaits the 57m2 apartment, completely restored by an architect, and benefiting in the living room of a ceiling height of almost four meters.
